EFUND POLICY
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items Since our products are custom-made and printed on demand, personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Return Address Returns should be sent to the address provided in your order confirmation email.
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover processing costs.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your location and financial institution.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@shopredplug.com with photos of the issue. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
