SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All Red Plug products are custom-made and printed on demand. Orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days after processing
- Canada: 5-10 business days after processing
- International: 10-20 business days after processing
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Fulfillment Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party printing partners from various fulfillment centers. Your order may ship from different locations depending on product availability and your shipping address.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We offer various shipping options when available.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
International Shipping For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting: contact@shopredplug.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@shopredplug.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Natural disasters or other events beyond our control
